As the longest-serving grant management firm in Texas, Traylor & Associates has implemented creative strategies to secure funding for public projects for cities and counties throughout the state.

Averaging over 15 years’ grant management experience, the Traylor & Associates project management team has grown alongside our communities. Our firm’s longevity, combined with retention of staff, has allowed for multi-generational relationships with public entities as we have partnered with elected officials and staff to rebuild resilient communities, plan for economic growth, and ensure safe and sustainable living environments.

Each member of our team is a Texas Department of Agriculture TxCDBG Certified Administrator. A licensed Professional Engineer, 3 Certified Floodplain Managers, and Emergency Management Coordinators are amongst the many accreditations possessed by our staff.
